Here’s how it works:

Simply order the required items through our online shop and have them delivered directly to your booth. During the checkout process, please enter a different shipping address if the delivery is to go directly to the trade fair location. You can also use the comments field to provide us with important information such as the preferred delivery date, on-site contact person, or any other relevant details.

Returning items after the fair:

Any unused items can be returned to our warehouse after the event. Please repackage the items securely in the original cartons and seal them properly. Let us know how many packages you are returning, and we will send you the appropriate return shipping labels.

Once the items have been received and inspected at our warehouse, they will be added back into our inventory. The corresponding value will then be automatically credited to your account.
